STAR GAS PARTNERS DECLARES COMMON AND SENIOR SUBORDINATED UNIT DISTRIBUTIONS STAMFORD, CT (October 25, 2000) -- Star Gas Partners, L.P. ("Star") (NYSE: SGU, SGH) today declared a regular quarterly distributions of $.575 per unit on its Common Units (SGU), and $0.25 per unit on its Senior Subordinated Units (SGH). The distributions on both the Common and Senior Subordinated Units will be payable on November 14, 2000 to Unitholders of record on November 8, 2000.
