STAMFORD, Conn., Apr 22, 2009 (BUSINESS WIRE) -- Star Gas Partners, L.P. (the "Partnership" or "Star") (NYSE: SGU), a home energy distributor and services provider specializing in heating oil, today declared its $0.0675 per unit Minimum Quarterly Distribution on all units (common and general partner) for the fiscal 2009 second quarter ended March 31, 2009.

Record date: May 7, 2009

Payment date: May 15, 2009
